Club Refund Policy

Program participants are committed to the club for the duration of the enrolled program and are responsible for all associated fees. Refunds, excluding processing fees and uniforms, may be considered under special circumstances at the discretion of the Board of Directors. No refunds, including for injuries, will be issued after the initial payment. To request refund exception consideration, email [email protected] with the subject line: "REFUND EXCEPTION REQUEST" to be processed for consideration. Please include the player's name, date of birth, parent or guardian name, daytime phone number, date of registration, program enrolled, detailed reason for the exception request, amount paid, and remaining balance due.
