All Parent Administrators, Volunteers, Coaches, and anyone involved in the Amityville Soccer Club interacting with the children of our community must complete the USYS Risk Management Program in the GotSport system. 

 You will not be issued a coaching pass nor be allowed to participate in any ASC activities without completing the program.  All Volunteers/ Coaches/ Trainers who are doing risk management for the first time or are renewing their Risk Management can do so from the GotSport system.

You will also need to upload the form you receive after completing your training to the GotSport System.
