Financial Policy & Financial Assistance



FINANCIAL POLICY

All registration fees are non-refundable. Amityville Soccer Club travel team tuition is an annual commitment that includes all required events.

All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. 

Team's are structured based upon the commitments of players enrolling. If you decide to leave the club at any time during the 2023/2024 season, you are responsible for the full annual tuition.

Important Notice Regarding Payment Plans for the Amityville Soccer Club Travel Program

Amityville Soccer Club sincerely appreciates our members commitment to the success of our young athletes in the program. We would like to bring to your attention some important information regarding our payment plans to ensure a smooth and fair experience for everyone.

In an effort to maintain efficient operations, we have established the following policy for missed payments within our payment plans. Our aim is to provide flexibility while ensuring accountability and fairness to all participants. Please take note of the following payment policy:

First Missed Payment: We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes, the first missed payment can be due to various reasons. For the first instance, we will offer a courtesy support with no additional charge. Our primary concern is to help you get back on track.

Second Missed Payment: In the event of a second missed payment, there will be a $35 Administrative Support Fee. We kindly ask for your understanding as this fee covers the administrative efforts required to address and rectify the missed payments.

Third Missed Payment: For a third missed payment, there will be a $50 Administrative Support Fee. We encourage all parents to make use of the resources available to stay on top of payments and avoid reaching this stage.

Please note that all missed payments are subject to a maximum fee if significant effort is required to bring your account current.  Beyond three missed payments, participants may face exclusion from the program. We sincerely hope that it does not come to this, and we trust that everyone will take responsibility for tracking their own payments.

You can easily make a payment or review your payment status by logging in to your player accounts on our website: www.amityvillesoccer.com. This portal allows you to keep track of your payments and ensure that you are up to date with your financial commitments to the program.

We truly believe that this policy will help us maintain a fair and balanced approach to payments while ensuring the sustainability of the program for the benefit of all our young athletes. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter.


FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE


Hello Parents & Guardians, 

We appreciate your commitment to the Amityville Soccer Club. To address the significant demand for financial assistance, we are encouraging families to proactively participate in covering their players' program costs by seeking club sponsors. Our goal is to empower you to take the initiative.
 
Our dedicated club volunteers are ready to assist your family by providing the necessary tools and guidance to obtain sponsorships from the numerous businesses and individuals who are enthusiastic about supporting our youth sports program. We understand that the need is substantial, and we believe that together, we can meet these challenges.
 
For those seeking supplemental assistance, we offer the opportunity to leverage our 501c3 charitable tax status to secure sponsorships. This means that every dollar raised by our members can directly offset their program costs.
 
If you're ready to take responsibility for securing the necessary support.  Follow the instructions outline below, and one of our volunteers will be in touch with you shortly to guide you through the process.

PLEASE READ THE TERMS BELOW PRIOR TO APPLYING

STEPS TO APPLY FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE:

1.         Register your players for a try-out via our registration system. 

2.         Apply for financial assistance via the link below.

* Financial assistance support is determined by the Amityville Soccer Club’s Financial Aid Committee, comprised of the Director of Coaching, Treasurer, and Board Members. Support is awarded based on individual circumstances, specific to team and club needs. 

* Financial assistance requests are processed as they are received.

 * Your child must be a registered member of an Amityville Soccer Club team to be considered, so please complete the process as quickly as possible to be considered. 

* Once the online club registration has been completed, the Financial Assitance Application can be submitted. The application is available in the link below. All information will be kept confidential within the Financial Aid Committee.   A club representative will notify applicants of the committee's decision.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT: 

You will be required to:

* Make the agreed-upon monthly payments on time.

* Volunteer as part of the Amityville Soccer Club. 

* If you default on your payments or fail to meet the terms of your agreement, your player(s) will be ineligible to participate.
